100 Pounds in 100 Days - Day #13

Another weekend....dangerous time for me. Even more so because the wife and child are away for the weekend. Must keep self occupied. Will probably go see a movie (bringing green-peppers and cucumbers with me) and the go to work for a while. Maybe scrounge up a racquetball game with the brother-in-law. The key is to avoid being at home with nothing to do.
