100 Pounds in 100 Days - Day #11

10% in...so far so good. Was a struggle to work out this morning (racquetball partner canceled on me so I stayed at home and did a stationary bike workout). Boxing hasn't felt 'right' the past couple of days, so I have avoided it. Maybe this weekend I'll get back into it. Really need to stick with the plan and get moving with the strength training. My equipment at home is just so crappy (shaky/skinny bench, single dumbell, etc) that I get annoyed more than I get a good workout. The gym at the office is better...just have to get a fixed schedule for it and track my sets/reps properly.

10% done and feeling GOOD!
