100 Pounds in 100 Days - Day #9
Good exercise day yesterday...I pushed the recumbent bike to 20 minutes (in 3 minute sprints). Co-worker lent me some 12 ounce boxing gloves....nice. Tapped the bag a little bit last night but was not really into it. Weights and racquetball this morning....everything is hunky-dory. Arm is much better.
