Day minus 3 (100 pounds, 100 days)
I need to start lowering my calories over the next three days so as not to shock my body into starvation mode on Monday. Theoretically, I made a 'lifestyle change' last April to keep my daily calories below 2000 for the rest of my life.....but I know that the lack of movement in the scale for the past few months means that I am, uh, well, not doing it. :)
Right forearm is killing me..some form of tennis elbow. Started a couple of weeks ago and has pained me on and off. Have to buy one of those arm support things to wear while I play.
